Shopping at Vivocity

18 April 2014

Finally it was PH again and I get to have the day to myself without applying for leave or off.

Headed out with mum to Vivocity for shopping and dining.

Had lunch at Marche and we waited for at least 15 minutes for a table. Had original rostti only.

Went around shopping and I bought make up from Make Up Store and clothes from Berksha. Here's some of the outfits that I tried.

Had dinner at Toast Box before heading home.

Dinner at Jack's Place

17 Apr 2014

Met LL and KZ for coffee at Starbucks JEM and dinner at Jack's Place.

The lobster and chicken baked rice was too salty for me so I didn't finish it if not I would be drinking gallons of water throughout dinner. I would rather go Pizza Hut and spend lesser.

Chill at CBTL with Ranga joining us.

Shopping at Suntec

12 April 2014

Met HM at Suntec after work for shopping. Suntec is now much more shoppable after the renovations and addition of new tenants.

She was the one who needed to shop more than I did but I was the one who ended up with bags of stuff. From shorts to stole to sandals.

New Sandals from Charles & Keith

We had dinner at Ichiban Boshi. Too much food again.

Headed home at about 8pm feeling guilty again.

Review: Dentiste' Plus White Nighttime Toothpaste & Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush

Thanks to Samplestore again, I get to try dental products this time.

We all know that brushing our teeth at night is to remove the food particles that remains in our mouth and also to prevent stinky breath when you wake up the next morning. But...I still wake up with bad breath sometimes. I don't think I have been brushing the wrong way so it's probably the toothpaste or toothbrush that is not so effective on me.

I tried the Dentiste' Plus White Nighttime Toothpaste coupled with the Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush.

The scent and taste of the Dentiste' Plus White Nighttime Toothpaste is to my liking. Yes all toothpaste are minty but their scents are different if you notice.

It contains 14 natural extracts which are antiseptic and antibacteria. And also, CDX (Cyclodextrin Complex) which traps up bad breath effectively so you won't wake up with bad breath the next day. If you have sensitive teeth, the micronized silica complex in the toothpaste will soothe sensitivity.

For first use, I had to pump a few times till the toothpaste comes out.

Time to brush for teeth for a good sleep. The interesting part of the Kiss Ionic Toothbrush is that it is clinically proven by studies in Japan to remove up to 48% more plaque than your normal toothbrush. How it works?

Dental plaque is bonded to teeth by positive ions. The negative ions from the head of the toothbrush flow to the teeth to break the bond, remove stains and plaque easily without brushing hard like regular toothbrush. All this is possible by just placing your finger on the metal band of the Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush during brushing.

The Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush operates by battery which can last you for a year. You can simply test if it is still working by pressing the button for a red light at the bottom of the toothbrush.

Every 3 months, we will have to change our toothbrush. If you are using Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush, you can simply buy and change the replacement brush head which you can choose between Super Fine or Flat.

Keeping your mouth clean and hygienic should be easier now.

To redeem a sample to try, go on to! Alternatively, you can buy Dentiste' Plus White Nighttime Toothpaste at Watsons, Guardian, SaSa, Unity and various major departmental stores for $10.00. For Kiss You Ionic Toothbrush, you can find it at $25.00.

Day 2 in Bukit Indah

Had hotel breakfast at 9am. The only dish I really like was the omelette, how wrong can it be cooked right?

Rested in the room for a while before all of us go free and easy for the next 2 hours.

I went for full body massage at Kak- Kaki Refleksologi which is just 2 buildings away from Hotel Granada.

While waiting for my turn

Therapist 188 was serving me and she was using quite an amount of force I must say. Guess all my acupuncture points were activated. I also did cupping therapy on half body, I thought I looked like a turtle looking at my naked back. Anyway, I spent about RM180 which I thought wasn't too expensive.

At the hotel lobby

Headed back to hotel to check-out and had lunch at Ganko Sushi.

Believe it or not but this Tempura bento set only cost me about S$10.

Done with lunch, we slacked at the hotel lift lobby while waiting for our transport back to SG.

That's it for Bukit Indah, at least for now.
