Review: Reduze PRO

I have been having irregular bowel movement like only 3 times a week which I know that it is really bad. Until I tried the Reduze PRO, my bowel movement became a daily activity and my stools are softer.

Reduze PRO is made in USA under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). It focuses on detox, fat burning and weight loss and is made of Triple Action Detox Formula consisting of:

1) Rebalance gut flora by increasing the weight loss bacteria and decreasing weight gain bacteria

2) Improve digestive function by increasing bowel frequency and reducing fat/toxin accumulation

3) Sustain weight loss by increasing fat metabolism and increase satiety

Day by day, the toxins and waste in my body are eliminated and this is when my digestion and metabolism increases. When the internal is better, the outer which is my skin will also become better.

Reduze PRO is clinically proven to help you to lose body weight. The trials went on for 8 weeks and the participants lose about 1 kg per week without exercising or dieting. Good for lazy people like me. 2 weeks after continuous consumption of Reduze PRO, the beneficial gut microflora increases by 3.2X!

The prebiotics in Reduze PRO helps one to increase satiety, feeling full for a longer duration of up to 6 hours after meals. This can prevent unhealthy snacking.

The probiotics in Reduze PRO helps in belly fat loss. According to a clinical study, one can lose about 3.5X of belly fat for a period of 12 weeks. Now I have hope to achieve a flatter tummy.

Each box of Reduze PRO consists of 60 capsules, with 20 Billion live probiotics in each dose. Take 2 capsules once daily before food. If you can't wait to see the effects, take 3 capsules once daily before food but remember to reduce to 2 capsules once you have achieved your desired effects. Review: New Essential Haircare Series

Heard of people saying that we need to switch shampoo so our hair doesn't get ímmune'? Essential has relaunched with new products using new technology/formula so I guess I found a reason to try it.

There are 4 variants namely Nourishing Breakage Defense (orange), Moisturizing Frizz-Free (pink), Light Finish Volumizing (yellow) and Deep Cleansing Care (blue).

Don't worry if you are confused which product is right for you as Essential has made it easier for you.

Try the 2 questions below to know which new Esssential shampoo is right for you.

And which Essential condition, treatment and hair mask is right for you?

For me, my hair is on the drier side and I have frizzy and tangled hair ends. Not forgetting those shine-free tresses. So yes, the Essential Moisturizing Frizz-Free series for me.

The shampoo smells really good and the scent lasts for hours. It is foamy which makes hair washing so much easier.

The conditioner was not as thick as I expected. I don't like really thick conditioner which makes rinsing off thoroughly such an hassle.

Let me show you my hair ends before and after.

I didn't shampoo my hair the next morning as it was still so smooth and manageable. No tangles at all and looks straighter than my usual morning bad hair.

I decided to try the treatment which can moisturize dry and frizzy hair in just 30 seconds. It contains Microfine All Smooth Essence which coats the hair strand evenly as a protective veil. It can repair damaged hair surface from the root to tip, this is money and time saving.

It is easy to rinse off and again, I didn't have to shampoo my hair in the following morning. No more bad hair days.

Allow me to show you a closer picture of my healthier hair ends.

Last but not least the hair mask which contains honey and shea butter that intensively repairs damaged hair. You can decide how long you want your hair to be manageable for. Leave the hair mask on for 3 minutes and its effects can last up to 3 days. Leave the hair mask on for 10 minutes and effects can last up to 7 days.

I merely used a small amount for my hair, leave it on for 3 minutes then rinsed off.

Avoiding heat as much as I can. I allowed my hair to air dry and look what shiny and smooth hair I have. It was a breeze to comb through my hair.

For the next 2 days, I only used the Essential Moisturizing Frizz-Free Shampoo but my hair is still looking healthy and feeling smooth. I can forget about rebonding now. No frizzy and tangled hair ends which reduces the amount of hair fall too.

SIA Charity Run

02 November 2014

Took the Sunday off from work to enjoy a sweaty morning at the 5km SIA Charity Run with YJ.

We knocked onto Mrs Ong, one of our secondary school teachers before the race started.

The 5km run started at 8am and we were jogging for about 4km. I considered this as an achievement as I have never ran this far and I wasn't listening to music to motivate myself. We spent nearly 45mins to finish the run.

Yes I am showing off my precious medal.

Had a bottle of Pocari Sweat to replenish my body's ions and watched the kids dashed across the finishing line for 800m. And I spotted someone I wasn't expecting to see at the finishing line.

While walking to the event village for the lucky draw, I knocked onto Ms Chua, one of the secondary school band instructors. See how small Singapore is?

Took bus 75 to Holland Village for breakfast at d' Good Cafe since YJ was curious to try after reading the good reviews.

And yes, it was filling and ingredients were fresh. I had Egg Benedict which I thought was a good portion and a healthy meal to start the day. Alongside with a Earl Lavender Latte which I wasn't too used to having Lavender on my tastebuds.

Home at about noon for a good cold shower.
