Keep Fit with BitFit Flex

I got a gift recently from someone, no reason for him but I think it's a hint to me to lose weight or at least keep fit.

Yes, it's FitBit Flex which can track the number of steps, estimate the amount of calories burned, set my goal for losing weight and even check how well I sleep.

It is wearable 24/7 even when you are taking your shower as it is water-resistant.

And yes, I wear it even to work although I know it doesn't really fit my dress. It does make me look more sporty. You can put it in the pocket of your pants or skirt if you don't wish to wear it.

The black tracker with an arrow is the main part of the wristband. Charging its rechargeable battery can last for 5 days if you don't keep tapping it to check your progress for the day.

Talking about tracking, it can sync with your tablet and smartphone via Bluetooth (iPhone & Samsung) after you downloaded the app "FitBit" I am quite proud to show you what I accomplished the day before.

As you can see, I aim to shed 4kg and I set my goal in the app to guide me in losing 0.5kg/week.

I guess not much people in Singapore are using this app so I had to manually key in the details of the food I have eaten like Fried Fish Soup, Dumpling Noodles and Potato Salad. It takes effort to lose weight ok?

So let's see in 2 months if I indeed reach my goal.
