Day 1 in Bukit Indah

It was KZ's birthday and the group of us decided to celebrate for her at Bukit Indah.

Ama, LL, KZ and I boarded the bus from Jurong East through second link to Bukit Indah.

We reached Aeon Mall at 9:30am and had to wait till 10am for the mall to open.

At the playground while waiting

Had breakfast at Old Town White Coffee. Their Ipoh Hor Fun is my favourite.

Had our hair and scalp treatment done at E3 Salon. I managed to get my hair trimmed too. Cost me about RM120 in total.

The girls did some shopping  but I bought nothing except for a pack of flower tea leaves which cost me RM15.

Met Ranga and Prema at J. Co for donuts and drinks. Each donut cost less than S$1, no wonder Singaporeans bought boxes and boxes of donuts.

LL, KZ and I went for massage at Thai Odyssey. I had 30mins foot massage done which is considered painless compared to the one at Wan Yang.

Finally, we get to check-in at Hotel Granada which is just opposite Aeon Mall. Super convenient and there's a 24-hour Mac beside the hotel.

Shared a junior suite with the girls and we only had to pay almost S$40 after adding an extra bed and includes breakfast.

Birthday Girl and her present

After watching Mirror Mirror, we headed to Tian Lai Seafood Restaurant for dinner. It is located at Gelang Patah but parking is limited.

The 4 of us had 9 dishes which sounds a lot but the portions weren't big. We paid only about S$20 each for all these food.

 Hot Plate Beancurd

 Seaweed Soup

 Drunken Prawns

 Salted Fish Fried Rice

 Otah (Ama's Favourite)

 Stir-Fried Kailan

Steamed Groupa

 Salted Egg Crab

KZ having the time of her life

Ranga and Prema joined later and ordered their own dishes. They ordered Salted Egg Crab as well and finished it by their own. Impressive.

Sent Prema to the bus terminal and the rest of us decided to take a cab back to hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a cab after 10pm and walked back to the restaurant hoping to get advices.

The boss was so kind to fetch us back to the hotel out of goodwill. We can't be any more grateful.

Luckily it wasn't midnight yet and we could still sing a birthday song to KZ and let her blow candles. Notice that she was holding her birthday cake instead of any of us helping her?

Lights off after we watched The Princess Diaries 2.
